Returns

We want you to love your purchase! Because we sell ready-made, as well as custom/personalized items, there is a section for each. Please read carefully before buying.

Stock Items: If you are not happy with the quality or the design of something you purchased, you are welcome to return the item(s) within 45 days of purchase date. To be eligible for a stock return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, if they were included, and in its original packaging.

Custom/Personalized and Discounted Designs: Custom items are non-returnable as we make every effort to ensure you are happy with the designs before you commit to buying. Because of the nature of these items, returns will only be accepted if they are damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.  Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

***Clearance items that are included in the Sale/Discounted category are sold as is and non-returnable unless damaged/defective.***

 

To start a return, you may email us at info@jhaascustomdesigns.com. We will issue a Return Authorization, and send you a return shipping label, as well as any instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed to your original form of payment.

 

Exchanges: We offer exchanges for stock items for equal or less value within 45 days. Items must in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, if they were included, and in its original packaging. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, advise in the request that it is an exchange, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. It’s faster and will also be easier if you choose a more expensive item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@jhaascustomdesigns.com .
